General Terms

Purpose

These terms govern the services offered by Codexia: website creation and redesign, maintenance, SEO, security, e-commerce, custom development, automation, and digital consulting.

Quotes and Orders

Every service is subject to a quote or commercial proposal specifying the scope, deliverables, deadlines, price, and payment terms. The order is validated upon acceptance of the quote.

Client Collaboration

The client provides the content, access, validations, and information necessary for the successful completion of the project. Deadlines may be adjusted if these elements are not submitted on time.

Delivery and Maintenance

Deliverables are provided according to the validated scope. Included corrections, maintenance, evolutions, and out-of-package interventions are defined in the commercial proposal.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the usage rights for the deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. Codexia's tools, methods, pre-existing technical components, and know-how remain the property of Codexia.

Liability

Codexia is bound by an obligation of means. Codexia's liability cannot be invoked for indirect damages, loss of turnover, decisions made by the client, or incidents related to third-party services.
